| Bio: | I am on the autism spectrum. I have a diagnosis of Asperger's syndrome. I am a middle aged student at a University in California. I enrolled there just this last January. I am interested in educating the public about the reality of autism. It's not a public health nightmare, it's not about Rain Man. Stay tuned and I'll try to let you in on what it is like to be on the autism spectrum and yet be able to "pass for normal" in some situations. I love art and art history and biopsychology (neurology). I have a beautiful little pug who is a spoiled brat. She is a "person of fur" and demands respect and home cooked food. I live with an adult child who is also on the spectrum. We are both Jehovah's Witnesses. My faith is the most important part of my life. | |||||||
